Pets permitted with permission from Mill Pond Realty and a $100 per pet fee.

Frances is a large older home, nicely furnished. Open living/dining with a new oak kitchen. This is a great spot for a family get-together. Large rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a family room. Extra large kitchen and eating area. Frances will sleep at least 12 people comfortably. The back yard is shaded and large ... so sit back and relax while on vacation.

Frances is walking distance to all downtown activities. Avoid the hassles of parking ... and take a leisurely stroll. Once in town enjoy a great meal at one of the many fine restaurants. Walk the long and winding board walk, enjoy the many boats yachts and sail boats. Visit the many shops and boutiques... What a selection!
