| We
are currently taking reservations for the 2008 season.

| We will start taking reservations for the 2009 season
January 2nd. |

| Step
1: Look through the large selection of quality
rentals. Select a couple that you really like the
looks of and that will suit your specific requirements. |

| Step
2: Call Mill Pond Realty’s reservation
desk at 269-857-1477 or email rentals@millpondrealty.com
to check availability and rates. Hours are Monday-Friday
between 9:00am-5:00pm, or Saturday between 9:00am-3:00pm
Eastern Standard time. |

| Step
3: After confirming available dates and the
desired rental property with one of Mill Pond Realty's
Rental Specialists by telephone or email, a deposit
for 50% of the rental rate must be received within five
days of making the reservation. |

| Step
4: Please review rules
and regulations. |
| |
| Step
5: Within 48 hours after receipt of your deposit,
a confirmation will be mailed to you. Your packet will
contain a confirmation letter/lease including important
information regarding the rules about renting, a map
with directions to our office and additional information
on the rental property. Initial each line on the
contract and sign at the bottom. Send one copy back
to Mill Pond Realty (Fax# 269-857-6155 or by mail).
You may keep the other copy for your records. Please
be sure to initial at each point. |

| Step
6: 30 days prior to your arrival date, the
additional 50% rental rate, the 6% state tax, 2 % local
tax, and 3% administrative fee along with the non-refundable
$35.00 damage deposit is due. Also, any pet fees will
be included in your balance due. If you have not returned
the lease and rules and regulations earlier, they too
are due, along with your payment in full. |

checks will not be accepted when received less than
