Help buyers and sellers come to terms that satisfy both parties involved.
 
Negotiate fairly the differences you and the seller have about your offer. Presenting an objective third party viewpoint.
 
Keep up-to-date with the best financing.
 
Help arrange financing specifically tailored to your need.
