Kristie Noguera joined the Mill Pond Realty team 23 years ago before pursuing her master's degree and starting her family. After serving as a Virtual School Principal, she returned to Mill Pond Realty as a dedicated realtor, driven by her passion for helping individuals and families discover their dream homes and investments. Kristie and her husband have bought and sold many homes and properties through the years, and she believes strongly in investing in Real Estate

Kristie puts her expertise and drive to work for her buyers and sellers. She takes pride in the fact that previous clients have referred her to friends and family when they need a Realtor.  She works up and down the Lakeshore and inland to Allegan and Paw Paw.  She utilizes data in every transaction and attends many continuing education courses as she loves to learn more about Real Estate and stay on top of new trends and legal issues. 

As an integral member of the Mill Pond Realty team, Kristie collaborates with a skilled team who share her commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. She is devoted to offering personalized guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring her clients' needs are met every step of the way.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kristie is involved in the community and serves as the secretary on the board of the Lakeshore Community Chorus which both her husband and daughter sing in.  She also enjoys attending community events like Music in the Park, National Night Out, local parades, and the annual Movie in the Park.

Her daughter attends Saugatuck High School and writes and performs original music on guitar, piano, and ukulele.  Her son Daniel attends Central Michigan University for Computer Science and already owns his own coding business building apps and websites.  Kristie has an undergrad degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Educational Leadership. She loves learning and reading and when she isn't trying to learn something new, she enjoys spending time outside on the trails with her dogs, at the beach, or at her 24 acre farm in Ganges. In 2024 she is learning about beekeeping as she adds an apiary at the farm to help pollinate all the fruits and vegetables at the farm.
